Demoncatz N Rethuglicans asked:
Jim Cramer himself said he had no confidence last year but he has a job and is under contract so he has to keep saying what he thinks is correct. But its funny how many more financial commentators and even politicians misled the people to their losses but John Stewart doesn’t mention them nope only the good natured Cramer. Who only does what his bosses tell him to do.

he touts the liner “In Cramer We Trust”
December 19th, 2008 at 1:35 pm
Because the other liars declined to go on “The Daily Show”. After they saw stewart make such a fool of cramer, nobody else is going to go on that show.

John hated Cramer for voting for Obama and then berating Obama.
Cramer was wrong on Bear Stearns months and months ago. Yet, Steward never said a single thing because Cramer supported Obama back then.
December 20th, 2008 at 8:46 pm
Because Jim Cramer was an Obama supporter who turned against him (i.e. a heretic). I you break the faith you must be burned at the stake.

If you watch the whole thing unfold it was an initial attack on CNBC that Cramer took personally.
And how do you know what Cramer does? Are you his assistant?
December 26th, 2008 at 11:27 pm
Stewart commented on a specific comment that Cramer made and that sparked the back and forth. Stewart also commented on the other guy CNBC guru Rick Santorelli (sp?).
So the Right are all for free speech, as long as its what you want to hear?

-would not ruin his career by saying it was the idiot party whose balls he juggles in his mouth.

Jim Cramer sticks out like a sore thumb. His flamboyant attitude fits the crisis well, he makes a good face for the feeding frenzy that went on for so long on Wall Street. As Stewart and Cramer are entertainers, it makes sense that Stewart would target Cramer; he’s the biggest target. Plus it all started when Bear Sterns collapsed and Stewart aired a clip of Cramer telling everyone to buy it on the Daily Show. Cramer responded back, and the feud developed. If Stewart had called out a different financial commentator, that person might have challenged Stewart.

You don’t seem like a Daily Show fan. Maybe you should switch over to those morning shows that just do close ups of morning newspapers.
It’s The Daily Show. It’s not serious. At all.
January 6th, 2009 at 12:43 pm
If you watch the Daily Show every night you would know John did not just single him out, his first time he mentioned around 4 or 5 of them. It was Cramer who had the comeback to make it go on..the next day, so Cramer singled him self out. Awwweee..
January 8th, 2009 at 9:13 am
John Stewart is no body.*
January 9th, 2009 at 10:11 am
Because Jon Stewart is a Typical liberal idiot who has to blame someone else for this mess were in
January 12th, 2009 at 9:55 am
“Who only does what his bosses tell him to do”
haha.. great defense..
January 13th, 2009 at 8:37 pm
John Stewart did not single Jim Cramer out. John poked fun at Jim for not doing a more honest job reporting economic conditions. Jim took it personally. They merely traded on-air barbs until they met for a debate. Jim was embarassed for being shown that a news anchor on a comedy news show has more journalistic integrity than he did.
January 16th, 2009 at 8:19 pm
because, being a liberal, Jon Stewart actively searches for a face to blame, so people in his audience will have someone to hate, instead of blaming who or what is really responsible. and you know no one’s gonna go after Pelosi or Obama these days.
January 17th, 2009 at 9:56 am
Jim Cramer wasn’t singled out - CNBC was. Jon Stewart showed Cramer for who he was. It was great!
January 17th, 2009 at 11:53 pm
it’s not that Jon singled out Jim, it’s just he was the only person crazy enough to go on his show. Jim skirted blame the first half of the interview because he had himself convinced he didn’t no any better but by the end he kind of admitted fault after Jon showed all those clips condeming him. Those other people that are to blame, they already know they’re at fault so they’re not goin to crucfy themselves by going on the Daily show.
January 19th, 2009 at 1:12 am
because creamer was stupid enough to put himself in the position to be eaten alive. the others weren’t on the show or they too would be chastised.
January 20th, 2009 at 8:39 pm
Cramer is one of those ding-bats that was bellowing that the ‘librils’ were using voodoo by “talking” the market into a funk.
He went off of the deep end trying to use his superior voodoo to talk it out.
He made his bed, now he has to lay in it.
January 21st, 2009 at 5:46 am
John Stewart does mention them…..many many times. You should try watching more than one show.
Cramer, well, he was the only one who had enough balls to come on the show! You gets what you deserves. Don’t play that BS that Cramer is only a ***** for the big bosses.
January 22nd, 2009 at 8:03 pm
Jim Cramer was easy pickings due to the fact that his snake oil was getting rancid.
Can you believe that Cramer went on the Daily show and lied. He wasn’t even smart enough to know that John Stewart would have clips disproving any false claim that Cramer made. He may not be honest. He may not be very smart. He may know nothing about economics and finance, but you got to admit he has guts.
January 23rd, 2009 at 10:15 am
Because Jon Stewart is part of the problem and not the solution. He is a biased idiot. There sure are a lot of idiots who get their news from this buffoon.
January 24th, 2009 at 8:23 pm
HE WAS THEIR SPOKESMAN.
January 25th, 2009 at 5:19 pm
Because John Stewart is just another liberal mouth piece. Why doesn’t he get B.F. Frank, Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, Schumer on his show and ask them why they can’t balance their check book?
Stewart is a monkey of the democratic party, who eats his own.
January 26th, 2009 at 10:55 am
Stewart targeted a bunch of different financial commentators, Cramer was just foolish enough to try and fight back.
Stewart has gone onto plenty of various political shows and made many Conservative commentators look silly and brought them to the brink of tears. Just because he hosts a comedy based Political show doesn’t mean he doesn’t know his stuff.
Not that its difficult to pick apart Conservative idealogy, its so flawed and illogical that anyone with a modicum of political knowledge can easily do it.
January 27th, 2009 at 4:41 pm
LOSING our money. Cramer had to come on because big-mouth Santelli chicken-*%ed out of his scheduled appearance on the Daily Show. CNBC had to send somebody. It is amazing how the whole business news media was oblivious to the financial meltdown right up to the last minute. I myself was not surprised. I am old enough to remember them missing the savings and loan debacle of the ’80’s.
January 28th, 2009 at 2:30 pm
Because it was Cramer who screamed at the camera over and over telling people NOT to sell their Bear Stearns stock 4 days before it became worthless. I can’t think of anybody on the planet who is less qualified to offer investment advice than Cramer.
January 29th, 2009 at 3:22 pm
John [sic] Stewart is a comedian on Comedy Central. He singled out Cramer because it was funny.
I always wondered how or why conservatives all lined up behind these clowns on AM radio, but it’s becoming clear that you people really have no idea what a legitimate and vetted source of information is! People on the radio or Comedy Central are there for ENTERTAINMENT, and that is how they approach their jobs. Get the joke and get over it.
