how long have you been trading for? did you work at a big institution before you went ahead and did this yourself?

im 23 graduated last year starting to trade with one of those llc company that you commented about that pools capital to give you more buying power, just wanted to know if this is the best way in your opinion to start my career trading and learn this trade….

Yes I think that is a great place for any young person to learn by being around people who trade full time. I was all self taught, never had a series 7 in my life. I have been trading 10 years in stocks.
